Polesoft Pricing Policy

Overview

The prices of our products will be calculated per User and is based on the number of users you wish to use for.

We seek to provide our customers with the best possible price, while remaining capable of assuring quality and value in the purchase. We do not believe in buying low quality or low reliability merchandise to pass onto our customers.

Pricing Updates

Polesoft reserves the rights to cancel or change offers and/or promotions at our own discretion. We will regulate the prices displayed on our website based on current market forces. Some offers and/or promotions may be limited or not valid in certain areas. You are welcome to question our pricing by email or phone. Our future growth and success depends on our relationship with you, our customers.

Upgrade Pricing Policy

We are constantly striving to make our software better and more useful for our customers, so just like any other well supported software there will be upgrades.

We provide Free Minor Updates and Bug Fixes, that is, when you buy our products, you will get minor updates and bug fixes for free.

As for Major Upgrades, which usually have a significant amount of improvements and new features, you will likely have to pay an upgrade fee if you want to take advantage of a major update. We do reserve the right to give you major updates for free as well, though. This decision will depend on how major the upgrade really is. Paid major upgrades are not frequent.

However, if a major upgrade is not free, the previous version will remain available for those who purchased it in the past and feel no need to upgrade. You will never be forced to upgrade. You will still be entitled to technical support if you continue to use the previous version.

Taxation

Generally speaking, we charge no VAT from our non-corporate customers now. While according to the new EU guidelines for VAT, from July 1st 2003 on, the non-corporate customers in European Union will be charged VAT (Value Added Tax) on purchasing our products.

Refund Policy

Please download, install, and use the trial versions of our software before ordering and purchasing. Help is always available through our Technical Support Team if you encounter any difficulties or have any questions. You may obtain FREE Email support by sending your requests to our Technical Support Team or directly to support@polesoft.com. All orders can be cancelled prior to program registration only, no fees applicable.

Note: After software License Keys are issued, we regret that we are unable to issue refunds.
