| Solution: | Lockspam can remove itself if you choose to uninstall it by Start > All Programs > Polesoft > Uninstall. By doing this, your settings will not be wiped out next time you install Lockspam.
Or you may just need a cleaner uninstall. You can remove Lockspam with Add/Remove Programs tool in the Windows Control Panel which can be accessed at Start Menu. Highlight Polesoft Lockspam and click Remove. Note: Be sure to close Outlook before uninstalling the program. |
