| Question: |
What is the difference between "Block" and "Delete as Spam"? |
| Solution: |
If you highlight the spam message and click Delete as Spam, this message
will be sent to Deleted Items folder. While if you click Block, the message
will be sent to Spam folder.
We recommend clicking the button Delete as Spam when you highlight message(s) which are spam for sure.
This would decrease the quantities in Spam folder so that you could distinguish the good mails from the Spam just in case.

| Notes: |
Lockspam Pro does not have Delete as Spam button, but Clear Spam. Because most users find them confusing, so we removed the redundancy, Delete as Spam. Then add Clear Spam to purge all the messages stored in Polesoft Antispam folder.
*In Lockspam for Outlook, spam go to Spam folder; while in Lockspam Pro and Lockspam Free version, spam go to Polesoft Antispam folder. |
