| Question: | How can I change my password in my Polesoft User Panel? |
| Solution: | Log-in account and password for User Panel are not the same with those for Polesoft Forum. So please make sure you will not mix them up in the first place. To change your User Panel. Please first log in with your email, for instance abc@expamle.com, then put in your password to log in. If you forgot your password, you may retrieve it by visiting Retrieve Password, and putting your email address. You'll be receiving a massage from us with your user name and password in it. Please use your email and that password to log in User panel. After you successfully log in, please go to My Account in the left side. Click My Profile, please make the changes there. |

| Notes: | *Please note: User Panel password is NOT license key for registration. User Panel password is used for log onto Polesoft Helpdesk, when you have a bug to report or a good suggestion to feed us.
