| Question: | I came across a Run Time Error 450 during my use of Lockspam. I'm using Windows98 and Outlook 2000. Please help!!! |
| Solution: | The reason for you having the problem is that the Visual Basic Run Time for the Windows is aged and needs an update. We suggest our users who get the Error 450 perform a download of a file named Visual Basic 6.0 SP5 on the official website of Microsoft. Alternatively you may have a download of it at our website. Please note, we open the access for download just on a temporary basis. We are doing this NOT for any mercenary purpose but for the convenience of our users. You may have a direct download here. To better run Lockspam, please install IE 5.5 and above or download Microsoft Windows Script from Microsoft official website too. |

| Notes: | This problem won't happne to Lockspam Pro version and Lockspam Free version, due to the difference in the mechanism between Lockspam Pro/Free and the former Lockspam for Outlook. |
