Would you please specify how did Lockspam fail to work? :-) We would like to learn about it.
If you mean its toolbar disappeared from the Outlook, please check the following two options.
- Help > About Microsoft Office Outlook > Disabled Items, to see if Lockspam is unluckily disabled there. If so, please enable it.
- Tools > Customize > Toolbars, please make sure Lockspam is checked.
If you are referring that Lockspam failed to respond to any of your command and clicks, please click Start > Run > put in "Regedit" > HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\SpamCleaner.Connect, the value for LoadBehavior should be 3. If it is not 3, please modify it.
