Solution: The error message you sent us is a case that you don't have enough privilege to install Lockspam in a multi-user OS, like Windows 2000 and Windows XP. If you are admin, please sign in as admin then install Lockspam again. If you are not admin on the PC, please ask your admin install it for you.
