How to disable the gold envelop (notification) in the system tray?

Solution:

Gold envelop is there because you are having a coming mail. To disable this, please follow this instruction:

Open Outlook > Tools > Options > Preferences > E-mail > E-mail Options
E-mail Options > Message Handling > Advanced E-mail Options > When new items arrive in my Inbox
Uncheck the option of "Show an envelop icon in the notification area".

If you would like to uncheck other items like "Play a sound", "Briefly change the mouse cursor" or "Display a New Mail Desktop Alert", just do it.
