How to retrieve my license key?

Solution:

For users who ordered online,
Please log on to our User Panel. On the left side, you will see an item named "Retrieve lost key". Click on it, a mail will reach your mail box soon.
For users who ordered from our distributors, resellers, or affiliates,
We recommend you log on our User Panel and register online right after registered our product, so that you may retrieve you key by yourself. If you had no way, please feel free to contact us as a last straw. We will send you a letter with your license key with it.
