My Lockspam sometimes pops-up error dialogue. |
| Solution: |
If you have encountered errors, we do appreciate if you send us your description about the error with Run.log file attached. The file can help our engineers to figure out the problems you are facing. Run.log be found in Lockspam install path. For example, if you install Lockspam under C:\Program Files\Polesoft\Lockspam_Pro, your can locate Run.log file under this folder. The path varies if you change your install path. |
